Does anyone remember these?

I used to have loads when I was little, I had all the stables and horseboxes to gow ith the sets too.

I have just got a one of them out of my mums attic for DS. Hes 20mo and loves horses. He has been carrying this one round with him all day and suspect he will be going to bed with him too.

He loves coming to see the horses with me and calls all horses "heidi". Its so nice that he is sharing my passion but even nicer that he is playing with toys that I used to play with years ago.

Sorry a bit mushy but had to share.

Saggyoldclothcatpuss- they had Julip in my day, and I'm a lot older than you (55 next month) I remember seeing ads for them in Pony magazine and covering them, but they were much too expensive for us, we had to make do with our Brittain's farm horses, and the felt ones my mum made (though my mum was an exceptional toymaker, and our felt ones were beautiful, sadly, they didn't survive their exile in my parents' loft during my teenage years)

I've loads of julip originals, and after this thread am going to get my arse on ebay, i'm fond of them but looks like the sale of them might fund this winters hay bill!!!
