My dad has been having a clearout of his house (about time too it's even more of a tip than mine) and he turned up the other week with an enormous box of all my old Horse and Pony magazines, at least a hundred of them. I've had a bit of a read through for old times sake (still saddened by the announcement that Silent King was dead, I was really shocked at the time) and now I don't know what to do with them. I haven't got anywhere to put them, they are in bags in the living room atm, but they are over 30 years old and it seems a real shame to throw them in the bin. No one else is going to want them either though are they?
If I had any space I'd keep them and read them all again in another 30 years.
It's a bit like finding an old copy of Jill's Gymkhana, you just have to read it but it's a sort of guilty pleasure!
