Tara is Awol again and the Shire's has gone offline.

Anyone watching? I've just come in and Queenie is still offline but Tara is there and it looks like something might be happening. She's been lifting her tail and showing her bits (obligingly) to the camera, kicking at her belly etc, and someone has just been in to check her.

Nope, she must have just been cross at being brought in as she's stuffing her face with hay now!

Queenie is still off air for me i have been checking randomly all night!! e.g not a constant watch as i did yesterday, have you seen her Pixel, i thought if she's off air it may mean something has happened??

No I haven't seen her today either.

Tara has a foal!

Foal is up and feeding, mum has already snapped back to her pre-pregnancy figure.

Shire is back online but out of her stable.

Oh i wonder why she was off line for so long, very cute foal

That shes pissed off or about to foal?

I think she looks a lot more flustered today, usually she just sleeps in her stable, maybe swaps legs, has a mooch then sleeps again.

Right now she is flaring her nostrils, her ears are pinned back, shes swishing her tail and her feet keep stamping and she keeps shifting her weight.

i know nothing about horses, it must be said, i wandered onto here by accident and now i can't stop watching it!!!

i wish she would turn round a bit

Generally the more annoyed they look the closer to giving birth they are.

Watch out for her turning around lots, pawing at the ground, lying down, lowering her head at the same time as her tummy looking strained, you might see her tummy muscles sticking out a bit, biting and kicking at her tummy, swishing her tail a lot, if she turns round you might see that she puts her tail to the side and leaves it there.

There are probably loads more things to look out for but thats all I know of.

The one last night was doing all those things then it happened quite quickly.
At least this one has a better quality camera.

She just looks bored to me I'm afraid. My mum said she read that she has a big udder but no milk dripping so they don't think it is happening yet but I can't find out where the comments bit is.

On one laptop last night it took me to the same website as tara but no comments.

I had to go to your second link again today off this laptop and it took me to the national trust website.

strange i know.
