Dd and her two friends were 8th, 9th and 10th in the Prettiest Mare, so they decided that the results were supposed to be given in reverse order and the rosette giver got it wrong!

She is a very very pretty wee mare.

The rosette giver clear should have gone to Specsavers

The same judge did give her a First in Riding Club pony later on so we can't complain - she obviously saw the error of her ways!

These judges are all bonkers! We were once in a showing class of 43! The last 17 in the class was entirely made up of every single grey pony in the class!! Also a fancy dress class, when out of 8 small kids and 1 adult, the judge passed over every kid (all in lovely handmade costumes) in favour of the one adult, a bloke in a too small Santa suit, on a massive cob with a bit of tatty tinsel in it's tail! (it was July!!!)
I think the main criteria for a show judge is to be totally dappy!

Interesting. Ours was the only grey in the class - maybe it's the same judge!
