Cost of vetting check?

We are in the process of looking for a horse for dd(13)who has been riding since she was 6. We have expert help with the search (riding school/yard owner) and the horse will be kept at her yard.
We will have any prospective purchase vetted, but could anyone give me some guidelines as to the likely cost (eg for a 15hh , 14yo)?
Thank you

Depends on the vetting you get carried out. A full 5 stage vetting cost me about £250 a few years ago, however you can get a 3 stage vetting down which is cheaper.

Sorry, would be 5 stage

I had two 5 stages done this year, one was about £250, the other nearer £200.
