Anyone else starting a new role this week? For me - after 19 years as a Headteacher I had planned to take full retirement but instead I’m taking on a new role joining the MAC team as an advisor - working closely with the trust CEO and Headteachers as well as other school leaders. - a 12 month role working 4 days a week. After 40 years of working in schools, I’m looking forward to this new role pivoting from what I’ve done before!
