Anyone else get exhausted on a Friday?

I’m sometimes so tired on a Friday evening, I can barely think straight. Then my husband gets annoyed with me because I’m a bit snappy and all I want to do is sleep. I am 48, perimenopausal with 3 kids and work full time. Anyone else geel
like this?!

I often feel exhausted on a Friday. I literally don't want to be asked another question or make another decision.

Yes! Also have 3 kids and felt like I could fall asleep at 6pm today. Totally exhausted. 2 weeks to go!

I'm also a fully paid up member of the Friday Evening Crash Club.

Worth a GP visit. I felt like this, and it turned out that I had hypothyroidism, now on medication and has made a world of difference.

Floradix, preferably the tablets. Obviously, you're tired because your working so hard, not suggesting you're doing anything wrong, but I've found these particular multi vits with iron do me really well. My mom swore by them, she was a casualty sister for years.
