Full-time Data Manager role in a smaller setting: is this typical?

I am applying this role. In the adv, it states that it is a full time role (not a term time plus role). Just wonder about the workload for a school size with less than 900 students. Is it normal ?

I will definitely negotiate and ideally term time plus 10 days, does it make sense ?

It’s up to the needs of the school. It is a conversation I’d be having before I applied but I would just use it as an opportunity to enquire not state ‘this is what I want to do’

The Data Manager role can be very demanding - my Data Manager works term times and occasionally throughout the holidays if needed. Definitely does at least 2 weeks in the summer preparing for results days.

There is a lot more to the job too as I’m sure you are aware- my data manager also works across the MAT and with other schools too.
