I am currently looking at leaving my job - teaching in a special school. I have seen a job in a local FE college but do not know anyone who teaches in FE to ask them about the work life balance etc.
I would be really grateful for other teachers experiences and thoughts about teaching in FE.
I do know the pay is less but I would be happy for a drop in pay for a better work life balance.
