I am currently undertaking an MA in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and as part of my dissertation I am conducting a research study titled:
“Exploring Staff Perceptions of the Hidden Curriculum and Its Impact on Inclusive Practice.”
I am inviting education professionals to participate in this study.
Purpose of the Study
This research explores how education staff understand and experience the hidden curriculum and how this may influence inclusive practice, particularly in relation to neurodivergent learners. The study aims to contribute to reflective dialogue around inclusion within educational settings.
What Participation Involves
Participation involves completing an online qualitative questionnaire, which takes approximately 20–30 minutes.
The questionnaire includes open-ended questions about professional experiences and perspectives.
Ethical Considerations
- Participation is entirely voluntary.
- No identifying personal or institutional information will be collected.
- All responses will be anonymised and treated confidentially.
- Participants may withdraw at any time prior to data anonymisation.
- No individual or organisation will be identifiable in the dissertation or any reporting.
A full Participant Information Sheet and Informed Consent Form will be provided before participation.
