Change agency ?

I'm a supply teacher. My agency has offered me increasingly few jobs. I have been regularly booked for jobs which fall through. I'm getting increasingly fed up but my manager is pleasant. What would you do?

Change agencies. There is more than 1 agency out there.

Yes I'm with 2 agencies but some people I know are with 4 or 5.

Register with multiple agencies - also when you complete assignments you could speak with the HT perhaps to see if they’ve got any opportunities more longer term…
