Maths Advisor position

Hi all
I have applied for a Maths and Numeracy Advisor position with my local authority and have today received an email inviting me to interview.

Has anyone interviewed successfully for a similar position? The email states there will be a 15 minute task followed by an interview by the panel (all over teams). Would anyone be able to offer any insight into the type of questions they may ask or the task?

It’s about your ability to support and challenge people in schools. You need to affiliate with people quickly, identify issues and know ways of making improvements by getting people on board
