I’m on a 0.6 contract and have done some extra days as supply in my usual school. Should these be paid as a supply rate or as overtime? Thank you in advance!

This should probably have been discussed in advance of you doing the extra days. If it wasn’t discussed, the school will probably be able to get away with paying you the lower rate. But I might be wrong! (Sorry - not much help…)

They should absolutely be paid on supply!
I’ve worked lots of extra days at my school. It’s not up to them to decide whether to pay you at your contracted or supply rate. The School teachers pay & conditions document has a paragraph about it, I’ll see if I can find it…
