Moving from state to private

I did TeachFirst way back in the sands of time and have remained at the same school since. For various reasons, I really want to leave now. There are a lot of vacancies at private schools. Would anyone be able to tell me what the main differences are in terms of working and how I could sell the change from TF school to private? I teach a core subject, UPS1 and no TLR

Unlikely to still be in TPS & possible lower pay as they operate own pay scale
smaller classes
longer days & expectation to do a couple of extra clubs & possible Saturdays
Very little behaviour issues
More marking & more prep as pace of lessons is quicker
More involvement from parents & sense that they are the customer
Flexibility to do activities beyond the curriculum
Longer holidays
Amazing working conditions

Thanks! Could you expand on what you mean by amazing working conditions? Also, what would they look for in candidates that's different from state schools?
