Does anyone know how many times a school is likely to allow you off for an interview? I've already had 2 failed interviews this month but have to move for family reasons so is it ok to keep requesting time off for interview?

There isn't usually a limit, though there may be a limit on how many times it's paid leave.

Explain the situation to the head. Let him/her know that you are aware of the inconvenience and cost the interviews cause and offer to take them unpaid if necessary. There will probably be a policy about this. Speak to your SBM to find out.
