I’ve put myself forward for this leadership course. I initially did the Colourworks Insight test and now I have to develop a short leadership task based on coming out of my comfort zone.
I’m introverted and enjoy working alone with data, so all of the things I’d usually put myself forward for are out.
The task should not be too onerous or time intensive because I have three GCSE classes and two A level groups to prioritise.
I want to avoid mentoring other staff initially, although I know this is probably the route I should go.
Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.
