I've been told I will be supported next yr with some more SEND training to start progressing to SENCo in a couple of years.
As part of this I will be primarily working with some ASD children in a hub class.
I'm looking for courses on makaton (I know a little as we use it through the school but need to get it into my daily life, it will also hopefully support a child in my current class).
Anything on communication and language needs
A sensory curriculum
Anything else that would be useful to transition from mainstream to SEND?
