What do you all take for lunch if you only have 30 mins

I'm a (trainee) TA and my lunch has changed from an hour to 30 mins and im finding it tricky.

By the time I've got my bag and made it up to the staffroom it's only 25 mins and I need to eat, go the toilet and get bag away and back to class all within that 30 mins.

I've been taking soup but it wastes 3 mins heating it up 😂 not really a fan of sandwiches although i like those thin bagels.

Have kettle, microwave toaster and fridge at work

Half a pouch of mixed grains, chopped salad stuff, some protein- boiled eggs, cheese, ham, tuna etc. doesn't need heating so you save that time. Or slices of frittata or lentil bake.

20-30 minutes is pretty standard in my school. I rarely sit in the staff room for longer.

I take soup, or leftovers that I heat up, eat it, make myself a hot drink and then back to do more work.

Seriously, most jobs have a 30min lunchbreak.
Take what you want.
If you are actually getting 30mins of break, in a school, you are doing well, but that is plenty of time to heat up whatever you want, or eat whatever you want.
