Nice gifts when leaving?

Leaving in January and wanted to get my groups something nice to say bye. Considering none of them ever have a pen, I was thinking of getting them a pen/highlighter and wrapping them in those small chiffon bags with a good luck message? I only teach 2 groups so it’s not bank breaking really. Thoughts?

Honestly it's a lovely thought but over the year the number kids who just bin or leave gifts is increasing.

Just a box of celebration per class is fine. Or some chocolate treats of varying values and then they can win a tombola tickets to them. Or raffle them off? They win tickets? Can include some pens? Have a last fun lesson raffling and tombola-ing.

How come you only have two groups?
