Can anyone advise if a TLR 2.2 is more or less than TLR 2.3.

TLR 2 increments are usually broken down as 2a, 2b, 2c - c being the highest. If b=2 and c=3 then 3 would be higher.
Are you in a MAT that has its own though? Might be different in that case.

In my school 2a is higher than 2b. 2c is the lowest. In job ads I've seen a mix of both so I think you really need to ask the school.
