Small school production

Can anybody recommend a small school production (not Christmas!) for KS2?
Cast of about 12-15, no longer than 30 minutes?
Happy for there to be some songs.

All of the ones I've seen are over an hour long and for a large cast.
Thanks 🤩

I'm afraid I think you're going to struggle. Is 12-15 your entire KS2? We are a small school but Y3-6 all do a play together so that's about the size of a normal class. The main school play companies seem to have a cast of 30 and 50 minute running length pretty much as their minimum.

No it's not but the new HT won't let us do an end of term show that we practice in school time as he says it's a waste of time. So I'm planning to run an after school drama club and do one that way. The only issue is that we live in an area where a lot of families are chaotic and transient. 12-15 is a reasonable estimate of the number of KS2 children we can expect to commit to attending after school for a longish amount of time, plus learn lines.
I've been thinking I might just write my own script based on something very popular. Then I can do it to suit the group I have.
My own ds did one of the Craig Hawes musicals a year ago and I'd love to do something like that but I think it would be too ambitious at the moment, sadly.

Have a look at Out of the Ark music. They do a range of musicals for all year round, and some of them are for smallest groups.
