Does anyone know if there is information on whether the government is thinking of making this fully funded or will we lose even more support staff?

Also worried about this. The state of staffing at the moment is shocking. If pay increases are not funded I'm sure there will be more redundancies. It's so wrong.

I hope that since we have a new government that things being funded is more likely. Fingers crossed :-)

The thing is that the whole public sector is clamouring for pay rises. Not enough money for everyone, so they will have to prioritise whatever they they think will be most popular fur there voters which will be the NHS.
