What would you do? Interview on Friday and offered the job bu an hour away from where I live! Is on the fridge so slight uplift in wage to off set coast. Really nice school with a large department to bounce off [13 staff members in humanities) and an opportunity to teach a-level or a school 20 mins away from where I live smaller department of 5? Half the school size but same trust as school so same hols! In interview day today! What would you do?

Have you accepted the first job offer yet? Things could be sticky if you have.

You got to do what is right for you and for your career.

It accepted yet I told them about the other job offer. An agency is trying to get me to wait as he might have a job too

That 1 hour drive might be too much on a dark rainy Tuesday in February. It might eat into your work/life balance too much.
