I have had a brutal day. Students are just so boldly rude. I try really hard to be an effective teacher. But I am shocked by how rude students can be. To your face, shouting after you in corridors, shouting at you in town. It just gets to me at times. just venting really

It's so hard, it's frustrating when you just want to help. You're not alone, I think it's a major issue

Leaders are too scared and weak to deal with it. Simple as that.

Yes and people are scared to admit it happens.

It ridiculous. Without discipline there is very little learning. SLT are in denial where I work

These leaders in denial, these weak leaders too scared to discipline (brainwashed by stupid new ideas which don't work), these weak leaders too scared to face parents are failing our children. Shame on them.
