AI Tools to manage workload?

I'm primary and we've started using ChatGPT to help us write some of our maths problems and exemplars in English to save time doing from them scratch. Obviously they still need checking closely and adapting, but I've found it pretty useful.

It got me wondering about any other AI tools that might be useful to save planning time. What are people using? I'd love something that helps with report writing as that takes weeks. Or anything that will make PowerPoints.

Canva makes pp and then there is an AI that makes a kahoot quiz from the pp. Chat will write reports if you put in a few bullet points.

Thanks. I'll investigate these.

Look up Joe Dale, he runs lots of workshops on AI for teachers.

Mr P has developed a great one called teachmate ai. You have to pay for it though. It includes a report writing tool.

I signed up for this yesterday funnily enough. He popped up on my Instagram feed talking about it. If it works it'll be amazing!

You can just use ChatGPT to write reports, or go old school and use this Schoolreportwriter It looks scary and clunky to begin with, but once you got the hang of it (follow the instructions!) you can write reports in minutes.

Brisk which is compatible with Google does amazing Google Slides. Very good free version, just sign up. Also gives great feedback on work. Maybe more useful in secondary. I'm excited to start using AI this year for feedback. I'm HOD so I also got it to write me some action plan targets. Brilliant!

I use teachmate a lot. We've been warned about chat gpt because it's not gdpr compliant. So just be very careful what you're putting in.
