MN- really hope this is okay to post here, because I know there is a huge community of teachers on Mumsnet. It would be a huge help to me and my dissertation.

Hello there! I'm an ex-teacher and Masters student at the University of Birkbeck.

With performance-related pay (as we know it) in England about to be phased out, I am conducting a study to understand the historical effectiveness of Performance Related Pay on teacher motivation, performance, and student outcomes.

If you are a teacher or school leader who has experience with Performance Related Pay, your thoughts would be hugely appreciated.
