Covering reception class

Hello,

What are the rules on covering reception class on daily basics (1-2 hours/day)?
L3 teaching assistant or does it have to be HLTA?

Not HLTA in our class. Do you have an another TA too?

There is another TA in the classroom- agency, no experience, hired as 1:1

A TA3 can cover in reception

All schools have different ways of doings stuff like that

I covered lots in Reception and have no relevant qualifications at all.
