Hi all
I'm currently a third into a level 3 diploma. A temporary position (mat leave cover) at level 2 has been posted by my placement school (secondary hlta job being spilt 0.2 sendco 0.8 ta).
I was encouraged to apply for it and have got an interview Thursday 😃 so.....
I know the DSL will be on the panel; when they ask about safeguarding, do I name her specifically or say I'd report to DSL etc
Anything else I need to know or any tips, I'd be very grateful!!!
It's not internal but this will be the first time I've known and 'work' with the people on the panel, I'm worried about coming across too familiar but don't want professionalism to come across as standoffish either!!
