Teacher off with mumps…

I’m not sure what to do. Our class teacher text yesterday to say she had caught mumps and was really ill. This caused anxiety to our staff due to its seriousness.
In the text it said that her face was really swollen and said she looked like she had hamster cheeks. However I have just had a meeting at the council and on leaving, have seen her there in the waiting room, dressed in smart clothes with full face of makeup and no hamster cheeks!!. I don’t know whether to let our headteacher know!? She is one that is that often off. She joined in September and has rung in for Covid, sickness, migraine and now mumps. I don’t want to be a bad friend/colleague but I feel the school need to know! The only problem is she saw me too and would know it was me who told! What would you do?!
