Part time after Mat leave - contract changes

Hi everyone!

I just wondered if anyone else has had this. I will be querying this next week after half term and have written an email checking already but I just thought I’d ask here too.

I went from full time to part time (0.44) last year. I was on a permanent contract before and after my flexible working request for 0.44 was approved, I’ve just noticed that my new contract now says temporary.

Do you think this is an error and I’m still on a permanent contract or do you think this means something different?!

Should not say that unless you are saying you ha an agreement to go PT for X months and possibly that's what the temps about

Hmm okay thank you! Perhaps it is a mistake as I hadn’t said anything about that?! I appreciate your reply. Definitely will be clarifying this on Monday!
