Deciding whether to stay or leave. Part time at moment but doing way over those hours, subject leader on my own but our academy doesn't do TLR. I'm struggling to turn off on my days off and end up doing work on the days to catch up. Not sure whether to leave or cut back and learn to say no.... anyone in similar position?
