I have recently been made redundant which has given me the opportunity to really consider changing career and becoming a TA. This is something I have always thought of doing but I never took the leap, but with my new situation I thought this would be the perfect opportunity.
id ideally like to work in a primary school, but I have no idea how to start the process. There is a lot of conflicting information online. What qualifications could I get in advance of applying for roles?
I know it’s not a well paid job, it’s very demanding and not all reading stories and art - I’m well aware of the reality of the job.
