Do you keep teaching paperwork 'stuff'?!

I'm having a clear out. I've got teaching 'stuff' back to 2018 including my day to day diaries and inset or staff meeting handouts, CPD notes and training hand-outs etc etc, do you keep these things? Should I? There's no children info or data or anything like that, just....stuff! 🤔

I've also got hard copies of my observation feedbacks, don't think I have the electronic copies. Should I keep or ditch? What do you all do?

I've worked in 5 different schools since 2018 so accumulated a lot over the years and never had a solid base to leave it except to bring it all home! Now I'm having a clear out I'm unsure whether I should be keeping this sort of stuff?

What, if anything, do you keep?

🙈

Nothing, I keep CPD stuff for that term/ year if relevant. I keep my previous year diary for yr 10 into 11 data reference

I need to clear out my PGCE folders though!

I'd scan the obs forms and keep those electronically, but ditch the rest

Have you used it or looked at it in the last year? If not, get rid.

Excellent. These are the kind of responses I was hoping for!
