Dropping to 0.4 & retirement

I'm thinking of dropping a day next year. Currently fulltime.
I plan on retiring in 2026. Will this massively affect my pension?

Shouldn't have a great impact.

You will lost a bit from the years from now until you retire obviously , but the career average part should not be effected (assuming you have been teaching for a long time)

Are you driving to 0.4 or 4 days? They are different things. 0.8 would be 4 days.
