Interview on Wednesday. I’ve planned for the main questions such as:
Data questions, managing a team, raising attainment, having difficult conversations,safeguarding etc
However, I wonder whether there’s anything I’m missing here? Any questions that any current gods here had at interview that make you think, ooh that’s not an easy question.
I’m a fumbling bag of nerves at the moment so I could use some help. Finally, I have no idea how to answer a question such as “what is your vision for the department” obviously it’s to achieve outstanding outcomes and make full use of key intervention programmes and enhance the way they currently operate and keep staff wellbeing at the heart of this. However, part of me thinks that’s not a good enough response?
