TA pay scale

Evening all,

I'm looking for a support staff/ TA pay scale. Does anyone have a link to one? Specifically would like one which shows which point level 3 begins and which point level 4 begins etc.

Is there a scale. I've been a TA for 10 years and I'm level 3 and my salary has been basically unchanged.

Hopefully the link below is to the NEU Support Staff pay scale. If not, search that and you'll find it. Sorry for the massive link, can't remember how to make it smaller.
