Hi all,

if someone worked as a teacher for 6 years and moved to another school how does the sick pay work? Are they still entitled to full pay? Or just 25 days half pay to start off?

It depends. If they were both LA controlled schools (not academies) or both part of the same academy chain, then I’d expect the previous six years to count. If not, probably not. As a PP said though, you need to read your contract.
