I just read it. I don't know how they can cut EHCPs because it you meet the threshold, which isn't that high if you're willing to keep fighting it at every rejection stage, you're legally entitled to one. Sadly I think this will most affect the parents who can't fight it at every stage.

If my maths were good enough, I'd do the maths on how many more TAs we could employ with the money being spent on the Newton Europe, who no doubt only got the contact through tory connections.

Not having an EHCP won't stop a child having SEND, so I'm not entirely sure what their end-game is?
