hoping someone may help!
I am trying to contact Pearson exam board for a replacement certificate of my 1990 English gcse certificate and it is so difficult trying to get hold of them! Telephone number is an overseas number and when I connected the person who answered sounded like they were walking their dog, the website is not user friendly at all (squiggles over text etc etc). I get so far on the website and then get to download my documents (shrunk to smallest size) and it still won’t go through to payment! Can anyone help at all????
