Your gross salary will be relatively easy to work out but no one can tell you exactly what it will be from the limited information you have provided.
Assuming you are not in London or the fringe area, the new M6 rate will be £41,333. That increases to £42,689 in the fringe area, £46,001 in outer London and £47,666 in inner London.
The minimum and maximum SEN allowances will go up to £2,539 and £5,009 respectively (a 6.5% increase). I assume schools will put up all SEN allowances by 6.5%, so I would work on that basis, but I don't think they have any obligation to, as long as they stay within the minimum and maximum figure.
If you were outside London and on the maximum SEN allowance your full time rate would therefore be £41,333 + £5,009, which is £46,342. Your part time equivalent would be £46,342 x 0.66, which is £30,586.
How much you take home will depend on a number of things, including whether or not you have a student loan and, if so, what repayment plan you are on. I'd try using one of the various online calculators that are available. This one for example.

PS All figures are based on an assumption that you are in a maintained school or an academy that follows the STPCD.
