NPQEYL thoughts?

Hi everyone,

I've just completed my first year as an ECT, full time Reception teacher, ran a SLCN intervention and became a subject lead. But now, I've been asked if I would like to do the NPQEYL starting in September. Just wondering if anyone had any advice or feedback on doing a NPQ.

Slightly nervous, thinking I've got alot to do.

Maybe wait until you've finished your second ECT year? It's a lot of extra work, so it might make more sense to do it once the ECF paperwork is done and dusted.
