TA: time for a change?

I've done 4 years In a lovely SEN school. Nice staff and kids, but time to move on. Not sure what doing yet though!

The pay is a major factor, it's just not sustainable.

Any other TAs looking to move into pastures new?

Yes, I keep my eye on the job websites but nothings caught my attention yet.

I moved from a primary to a secondary school last September but the itch to move on is not going away.

My daughter is an older teen now so I can be much more flexible with hours and holidays; it will be easy to earn much more money just by earning 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.u

@Charliebong yes i know what you mean. The pay is a huge factor for me. I don't need 6 weeks holidays and my kids are older teens too.

Just have to keep looking I guess.
