Head has said not enough evidence to tick off performance management targets. She has put at end of email that "catch up with me at some point to discuss support to produce evidence in september"

I acknowledged the geedback and said for clarification if it was formal or informal support and reply off her was it is informal and will discuss in september"

Wants me to comment and my target sheet and give back to her. Does " I acknowledge the decision though I feel I had given sufficent evidence. Acknowledge support will be given in the future" sound ok to put as my comment?

Yes that sounds fine, but it's difficult to know if this is something to worry about without more info. Is she suggesting you need actual support with doing your job, or just obtaining evidence that you're doing your job, as they're not same thing. Does she have actual concerns about your performance? Leaving it until September to discuss this is absolutely not OK either. Tbh she sounds like an awful Headteacher, and I think I'd be looking for another job.

Think and hope its just getting evidence. I will see what next week and september brings. If I get the feeling its performance then I will politely say " I wish to stop this chat / meeting and i will be contacting my union for advice thank you"
