A colleague in my dept is brilliant he’s been at the school for 12 years & gives of his best. He’s on the unqualified teachers scale as he doesn’t have a PGCE or a degree. Excellent results etc. I feel the school are taking advantage & I want him to upskill so his pay reflects his work ethic & experience. Has anyone got any knowledge of the Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training which can then lead to QTLS?
