Coaching interview

Not sure if I'm in the right place but it is school-related employment so I'll give it whirl!

I have a coaching interview in a few weeks' time, for a support role in a secondary school - not teacher or classroom related but I think they're looking to assess whether my values match theirs.

Could anyone offer any advice? I've historically worked in very corporate settings so the world of education is new to me.

What's the role and have the called it a "coaching interview". Any other info?

Or is an interview for a coaching role?

It's a HR administrator role and he did describe it as a 'coaching interview' with a leadership coach...

Ok I was a "lead coach" in a school subject. So basically a teacher that coached trainees as well a teach. I think they want to see if you could grow into the role so not necessarily fit it right nowbut grow in to it.

There are two coaching models I used were OSCAR and GROW so you could look up those and then also plan some standard questions and answers using the traditional STAR interview model.

Some with STAR the standard interview model you need to reflect on past experiences, but I think they will give you hypothetical situations and ask you to suggest how you would handle them.
