3 or 4 days on UPS pay

I'm currently a full time primary school teacher on UPS3.

I've been back in the classroom for a year after having cancer in 2021. Please can you tell me your monthly take home pay if you're doing 3 or 4 days on UPS3 outside of London.

Really? I get 2166 with the SENCO allowance. I only got the allowance in Mar and before that I was def on under £2k a month. 4 days on UPS3.

I checked mine in the Martin Lewis take home salary calculator to check I was being f paid correctly. This is totally accurate you just need you pension contribution which I think is 8.9%

How much is you SENCO or what scale point. Or have you moved to Leadership spine?

Def UPS3 not leadership. Think I actually get the lowest level of TLR2 (around £3k) rather than the £2kish SENCO Allowance which is what I've had in a previous job, but it's obviously pro rated at 0.8. Maybe it's a difference in student loan contributions?
