Supply teaching

Hi everyone, just looking for a bit of advice really. I'm currently teaching in a primary school on a 0.6 contract but really struggling with the pressure in my current school and finding that I'm unable to switch off from the worry of school on weekends/hollidays etc. Im starting to feel really unwell as I cant switch off and feeling very anxious. I'm desperately trying to find a way forward and wondered if potentially looking for supply work on my days off might be a good start just to to see if I would still enjoy the teaching side of things without the pressure of other things. Has anyone done this as a way to start to either find a better balance with their lives or to leave teaching altogether? Just really feel like I can't go on like this anymore. Thank you
