How many of you do a subject team responsibility for no extra money? So I'm in maths team- monitoring, action plan etc on me and another colleague but apparently this isn't part of normal responsibility?

It's very normal. Everyone in my primary school (non-ECTs) have a subject each and there's no TLRs unfortunately, even for core subjects.

I'm chair of governors in a very small primary school. Every member of staff is a subject leader for between 2-4 subjects. No TLRs.

In primary, I think the consensus is no TLRs, or TLRs for core subjects only.

That said, if you're unhappy with the workload for no extra pay, I think it's worth talking to your line manager about?
