Offer letter

Hi all,

I got my offer letter. I’m currently on m5 but told them I would be on m6 in september (when we have appraisal meeting) she said okay once thats confirmed I can have m6.

offer letter states m6 starting in september.

Today I got email to saying to send document showing currently salary. I asked hr for this.

I emailed to say offer letter has m6 on it and to confirm if this is still case.

no reply yet.

can they change salary from offer letter?

You were expecting to start on m6 and the letter says m6? Why even query it?

@OutDamnedSpot because they want my payslip or document showing my current pay scale… was thinking why?

So I just need to know if they can just change it like that. If it was a mistake or they have to stick to offer?

But they’re not asking to change it?

You said you were currently on m5 but moving to m6 in September, so they’ve offered you m6, and asked for evidence you’re currently on m5? Isn’t this what you expected?
