Pay scales

Hi all was wondering if anyone knew where to find independent school pay scale examples. Going for some new jobs after being off with my own little ones for a few years and not sure what the going rates are. Boarding v day schools are wages the same?

All independent schools set their own pay scales. Some follow STPCD. I worked at one that refused to pay any teachers above UPS2, and another which had better pay scales than STPCD. I think you will just have to enquire on a case by case basis.
